Refund Policy

At Flat Pack FX, we are committed to delivering exceptional products and services. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer the following refund policies. Note refunds are only available for premiere courses and Crew membership purchases.

REFUND ELIGIBILITY

Premiere Course: We offer a 14-day refund policy for all major courses, including: Travel Effects Pro Course, MotionFX Pro Course & Animation Master Course.

Flat Pack Crew Members: First-time members are eligible for a 7-day refund.

Mini Courses and Digital Downloads: Refunds are not available for mini courses or digital downloads, including templates. However, refunds for these may be issued under certain conditions on a case-by-case basis.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Time Frame: You must submit a written refund request within: 14 days of purchase for major courses. 7 days of purchase for Flat Pack Crew members.

Submission Requirements: Include an explanation of your dissatisfaction in your request. Our team will evaluate each request individually, considering factors such as downloading of videos and login activity has remained under the threshold (Must not exceed 35%).

Processing: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

REFUND CONDITIONS

Course Activity: To qualify for a refund, your course completion and login activity must NOT exceed 35%.

Generosity: We set our course completion level to 35%, higher than the industry standard 15%, to be fair and give you a better chance to learn and benefit from the course before deciding on a refund.

Terms of Use: We reserve the right to deny a refund if our terms of use are violated.

POST-REFUND TERMS 

Course Access: Once a refund is processed, your access to the course will be revoked.

Future Purchases: If you repurchase the course, you will not be eligible for another refund.

Refund Amount: Refunds cover the original purchase price, excluding taxes and any discounts applied at the time of purchase.

Digital Material: All digitally downloaded material must be deleted from your computer within 24 hours of receiving a refund.
