Refund Policy


At Flat Pack FX, we are committed to providing exceptional products and services to our valued customers. To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 14-day refund policy for all major course purchases, including Travel Effects Pro Course, MotionFX Pro Course, and Animation Master Course. Also we offer a 7-day refund only for first time Flat Pack Crew members. All Mini Courses and all digital downloads including templates are NOT eligible for refunds, some refunds may be issued under certain conditions. These are determined on a case by case basis.

To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a written request to us within 14 days (7 days for Flat Pack Crew) of the purchase, along with an explanation of the reasons for your dissatisfaction. Our team will evaluate each request on a case-by-case basis, taking into consideration factors such as download and login activity. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days from the date of approval.

It is important to note that, in order to be eligible for a refund, your course completion and login activity must not exceed 35%. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that you have violated our terms of use. Most other courses set their completion level to 15%, but here we want to give people the best opportunity to learn so we set it to a higher level. We feel this is more generous and fair to our students, and allows them to get a good sense of the course and still gain lots of value!

Please be aware that, once a refund has been processed, your access to the course will be revoked and you will not be able to re-access the product. If you choose to purchase the course again in the future, you will not be eligible for a second refund. Additionally, refunds will only cover the original purchase price, excluding taxes and any discounts that may have been applied at the time of purchase. All digitally downloaded material must be deleted from your computer within 24hours after a refund is issued.
