Refund Policy

I include a 14-day refund for all major course purchases - Travel Effects Pro, MotionFX Pro, Animation Master & Motion HeroIf you are not satisfied with any of the product you paid for you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the purchase upon written notice and request to us coupled with an explanation as to why you deserve a refund.
You will NOT be automatically granted a refund just because you asked. In order to be entitled to a refund, there must be a reasonable explanation as to why you deserve one. We monitor activity, if you have downloaded or have excessive login/completion activity you may not receive a refund. We reserve the right to refuse you a refund if we believe you are violating our terms. We get very little refunds, so it's important for us to really understand what your struggles are so we can help you achieve the best results!
Once a refund has been processed you will loose access to the product purchased and your login will be revoked. If you decide to purchase the course again in the future you will not be eligible for a second refund. This is stop people just purchasing and refunding to gain access to any new content. You will only be refunded the full amount you were originally charged (minus the taxes or any sales that were on at the time) not the full price of the course.
