Your Downloads

I didn't receive a download email?

If you can’t find or haven’t received an email from us here are some things you can do:

Search your spam inbox, its common that email providers send emails to your spam folder. Find it there and then add our emails to your whitelist, we have instructions below on how to do that.
If you’re using gmail check the promotions tab, to see if the email has ended up there.
If you purchased a course, a new account was automatically created for your nominated email. If you go to the login page, enter your email, then click forgot password. This will automatically send you a new email with your login details.
If all else fails then contact our support team for assistance via the form above.

How do I download my pack?

After checkout you will be emailed a download link to your purchase, can take a few minutes. Sometimes this link can end up in your spam box. If the link doesn't work, then right click "Copy link" then paste into your web browser. If you have not received a download then kindly contact our support for assistance.

Courses

What is included with my course?

All courses include the video tutorials and course material. You will find all the links inside your course. You will create a new account at checkout. Once logged in you will gain immediate access to your purchase.

How do I access the course?

At checkout you will create a unique login. Once setup you can access the course via the login button at the top of this website. If you experience any issues accessing the course kindly contact our support for assistance.

Can I access the course on my phone?

Yes, we have a dedicated app called “Kajabi”, you can download this app and login using your existing credentials. You will have access to the course on the go.

Can I download the course and material?

Yes, all the material you need to finish the course is included as a download. However the video tutorials themselves are NOT available for download. You will create a login at checkout and taken straight into the course.

We currently don't offer the videos as download simply because we are always updating videos in the background. We also add new videos to the private Facebook group which are not available to download, this ensures you are always watching/getting the most up to date information.

14 Day Refund?

We offer a 14 Day refund on certain products. Please read our current Refund Policy Here to see if you are eligible. You can also use the link via our footer section accessible across our website.

Video Packs

What is included with my video pack?

All purchases include the After Effects or Premiere Pro projects (depending on the type of pack), elements and plugins. We have free links in each description for all the other files you will need texts, fonts etc... We are unable to sell fonts or logos that we do not own.

The video pack doesn’t work with the program version I have?

The pack we sell are designed to work with the latest versions of the various programs. If for whatever reason you experience an unexpected error we are here to help. Kindly contact our team and we will help you out as quickly as we can.

Can I modify the pack I purchased?

Yes, you can modify it however you like. Depending on the product your purchased, this may require some level of After Effects knowledge.

I’m a beginner or I need help!

Don’t worry, if you are complete beginner all of our packs come with tutorials. If you have watched the tutorial and still have no idea, contact our support for assistance.

What are the Terms of use?

You can use our packs for your commercial applications i.e used as part of a product with a commercial gain. This however does not include/allow for re-sale or redistribution of the files in any way.

Just please be respectful and don't re-sell or share with other people. I really want people to feel like they are apart of this community and not close the doors to people that want to break the rules. I'm just a guy like you trying to make it in a big old world! We monitor customer downloads and we reserve the right to cut off your download if you break the rules and report you to the proper authority.

DMCA and Illegal use of our products?

Sharing your digital download or course login is NOT allowed. Our system logs your activity, any sharing will result in immediate blocking and prosecution for breaking our terms of use. We have already prosecuted individuals in court (...and won), as a result of illegally downloading and redistributing our intellectual property.

If you can afford to go to court, you can afford to pay for the products. We really don't want you to become another example/statistic... so simply don't share products.
