Creating your login at checkout:

1. Set up your login: During checkout, you’ll create a unique login to access your course.
2. Access your course: Use the login button at the top of our website.
3. Forgot your password? Enter the email you used to purchase and click "Forgot password" to reset it.
4. Need help? If you have any issues accessing the course, please contact our support team for assistance.

Yes, we have a dedicated app called “Kajabi”, you can download this app and login using your existing credentials. You will have access to the course on the go.

Course Materials and Video Access:

1. Materials included: All the materials you need to complete the course are available for download.
2. Video tutorials: These are not downloadable. You’ll create a login at checkout and access the videos directly in the course.
3. Why no downloads? We’re always updating our videos and adding new ones to our private Facebook group. This way, you’re always getting the most up-to-date content.

Start with Animation Master course. It assumes nothing and builds to real portfolio pieces.

Can’t find our email? Here’s what to do:

1. Check your spam folder: Sometimes emails end up there. If you find it, add us to your whitelist using the instructions below.
2. Gmail users: Check your Promotions tab—it might be there.
3. Account: An account was created with your email. Go to the login page, enter your email, and click "Forgot password" to get a new email with your login details.

After checkout, here’s what to expect:

1. Account: You’ll be prompted to login to your new account immediately after checkout.
2. Download: Once login, you will be taken straight to your library page where you can download your purchase.
3. Course Material: Some online courses include downloads, which can be accessed from within the 1st video of the course.
4. Need help? If you haven’t received your download, please contact our support team for assistance.

Our digital downloads and course project files are designed for the latest versions of the software. If you encounter any unexpected errors, don’t worry—our team is here to help. Just contact us, and we’ll assist you as quickly as possible.

Can I Modify the Files?

Yes, you can modify the files as you like. Depending on the product you purchased, you might need some After Effects knowledge. Just be sure to follow the terms and copyright conditions outlined below and in our terms of use.

You’re welcome to use our packs in commercial projects that generate revenue. However, reselling or redistributing the files is strictly prohibited.

Our 4 Levels of Support:

1. Basic Support: Included with every purchase. Email us anytime, and we’ll usually respond within a couple of days.

2. Priority Support: Your questions are prioritized over Basic Support, with responses typically within 48 hours.

3. Premium Support: Enjoy faster responses, generally within 24 hours, from both Ross and our team. Your questions take priority over Priority Support.

4. VIP Support (Exclusive): The highest level of support from Ross and the team. You’ll have a direct line to Ross, with the fastest response times, detailed guidance, and exclusive perks and content.

ProMotion Crew closed in July 2026, and all members were notified by email at the time. The Source Files replaces it.

Every Crew subscription has been cancelled, so there is no billing to stop and nothing to cancel at your end. All members were emailed directly about the change, and your account already reflects it. Log in and check under Products.
