How do I access my course?

Creating your login at checkout:

Set up your login: During checkout, you’ll create a unique login to access your course.
Access your course: Use the login button at the top of our website.
Forgot your password? Enter the email you used to purchase and click "Forgot password" to reset it.
Need help? If you have any issues accessing the course, please contact our support team for assistance.

Can I access the course on my phone?

Yes, we have a dedicated app called “Kajabi”, you can download this app and login using your existing credentials. You will have access to the course on the go.

Can I download the course videos?

Course Materials and Video Access:

Materials included: All the materials you need to complete the course are available for download.
Video tutorials: These are not downloadable. You’ll create a login at checkout and access the videos directly in the course.
Why no downloads? We’re always updating our videos and adding new ones to our private Facebook group. This way, you’re always getting the most up-to-date content.

I already know After Effects, where do I start?

Animation Pro. It's about designing and directing work, not learning the basics of After Effects.

I'm a complete beginner, where do I start?

Animation Master. It assumes nothing and builds to real portfolio pieces.

14 DAY REFUND?

Yes. All premiere courses have a 14-day refund. Bundles and mini courses are excluded. Please read our full Refund Policy Here to see if you are eligible. You can also use the link via our footer section accessible across our entire website.

I didn't receive an email?

Can’t find our email? Here’s what to do:

Check your spam folder: Sometimes emails end up there. If you find it, add us to your whitelist using the instructions below.
Gmail users: Check your Promotions tab—it might be there.
Account: An account was created with your email. Go to the login page, enter your email, and click "Forgot password" to get a new email with your login details.

How do I get my digital download?

After checkout, here’s what to expect:

Account: You’ll be prompted to login to your new account immediately after checkout.
Download: Once login, you will be taken straight to your library page where you can download your purchase.
Course Material: Some online courses include downloads, which can be accessed from within the 1st video of the course.

Can I modify the downloads?

Yes, you can modify the files as you like. Depending on the product you purchased, you might need some After Effects knowledge. Just be sure to follow the terms and copyright conditions outlined below and in our terms of use.

What are the Terms of use?

You’re welcome to use our packs in commercial projects that generate revenue. However, reselling or redistributing the files is strictly prohibited.

What are the support levels?

Our 4 Levels of Support:

Basic Support: Included with every purchase. Email us anytime, and we’ll usually respond within a couple of days.
Priority Support: Your questions are prioritized over Basic Support, with responses typically within 48 hours.
Premium Support: Enjoy faster responses, generally within 24 hours, from both Ross and our team. Your questions take priority over Priority Support.
VIP Support (Exclusive): The highest level of support from Ross and the team. You’ll have a direct line to Ross, with the fastest response times, detailed guidance, and exclusive perks and content.

How do I cancel my ProMotion Crew subscription?

You can cancel your ProMotion Crew Subscription at anytime you like by following these steps;

Log in: Login to your Flat Pack account.
Navigate to Settings: Click on your avatar image in the top right hand corner, then select "Settings" from the dropdown.
Find Billing Info: Click on "Billing Info" in the top right of the page.
Cancel Subscription: You will find a "Cancel" button next to the subscription to initiate the cancellation process.
Confirm Cancellation: You'll be prompted to confirm your cancellation. Even after cancelling, you will still have access to the end of your current billing cycle.
